"4 DAY WORK WEEK! and you could use your flex time and vacation time however you chose as long as the time was available in the computer system."

"Don't apply unless you're looking for a terrible work experience - its like being in the Matrix."

What don't you like about working at Hewitt Associates?

"The environment is totally political and they have a tendency of telling you you have the opportunity to advance when in fact you don't. Had I known it was going to be like that, I wouldn't have stayed so long (hindsight is 20/20)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It wouldn't really matter but, for what its worth, it would be best to weed out all the managers in the company that don't really care about anything but WIIFM."
