"Nothing anymore...it was once the place I was excited to be now, its the place I would never send my worst enemy. Used to be a well engaged workforce now its just a bunch of power tripping middle management with no idea where to take the company, causing employees to just want to walk out"

"FIRE PEOPLE...want to see this company grow use the New Talent! You are just stifling them and breaking them down the young guns are amazing! The ideas, charisma, attitude and outlook with systems thinking approach is what the company needs. Not linear attack mode thinking."

"Top management in Japan office were not being honest to the employees about rewards and business results."

"There is always a gap in cultural differences between Japan and US. It is important for US headquarters to understand how Japanese management communicates and works to be able to place the correct personnel to manage the Japanese branch well. There are workshops on differences between Japan-US business communications available."
