"Too caught up in 'Corporate' philosophy, definitely a company of overpaid haves' in management, and borderline impoverished 'have nots' doing all of the work."

What do you like about working at Standard Motor Products?
"I was given a wide range of creative challenges. As my tenure continued at the company, my responsibilities expanded giving me the ability to grow my skills and experience. My coworkers and supervisors were a pleasure to work with and made the office environment a relaxed and enjoyable place to work."
What don't you like about working at Standard Motor Products?
"They downsized the design department, ending my freelance job, but also gutting the rest of the department, including my supervisor. Since then, the company has been in a state of flux, and the remaining employees are in constant fear for their jobs."

"They need to stabilize the company and return a sense of status quo for the employees."
