"Goodwill does amazing things for the community. As with any company there are better executives than other, better employees than others. But most everyone there has a heart for what they do. I worked for the Goodwill of Middle TN. They definitely had a heart for their community. Matt Glostner is a higher up in the company and has the biggest heart out of anyone I have ever worked with."

What do you like about working at Goodwill?

"I honestly didn't like working for this company, it was just a temporary summer job between semesters. I did learn a lot about how warehouses work and took some things back that I probably wouldn't have learned anywhere else."

"The only thing I could say for interviewing for this company is to just sell your self and do your best."

What don't you like about working at Goodwill?

"The thing I didn't like about the company is how everything was poorly handled."

"The only thing I could suggest to management is to handle things a lot better between management and the employees."

"Distance from my house. I like the thought of the mission of the company to help people find jobs."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are competent, run away. You will not be rewarded. On the contrary, you are put down and shunned. If you are unbelievably ignorant, hang around and you will do great!"

What don't you like about working at Goodwill?

"Everything. It all starts with the corrupt CEO and all of the people he appoints. It makes a horrible environment with people that can get away with anything. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. It is absolutely HORRIBLE."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No. They are all corrupt. Corruption starts at the top here."
