"Be respectful. Dealing with people with disabilities can be frustrating at times, but have patience and most of all an open heart."

"Not being versatile at work. I would like to know all the ins and outs of my job as well as learn the skills, operations, and procedures of other departments."

"Managing the workforce with individuals who were not reliable, we had to use people with disabilities and often we could not rely on them to come to work."

"They did an awesome job with the tools they were given, and they were helping the community!"

"Fire the CEO and hire a new one."

"I liked designing mezzanines and stairs, and doing the work."

"Present your experience - they are good people."

What don't you like about working at Goodwill?

"The only negative was that they were using a DOS-based program to perform calculations; when CAD 2010 or Solidworks would have been fine. They were very nice and a good company other than that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider using the DOS program only to do the calculations - nothing further."
