"No real tips for anyone. A person would need to most likely have a degree in social work to find a good fit with Goodwill."

"Very little opportunity to advance without working for the company for many, many years."

"Management really needs no suggestions. Most of the managers were great."

"The health benefits were a real problem which is why I left, otherwise I would have stayed."

"Make a stronger case for better health benefits so that you can keep good employees."

"I would have preferred to have been able to get paid for the work, but overall there were not a lot of complaints."

"They should have hired more people. Even for a non profit, they needed more people to do that amount of work rather than relying on volunteers."

"This company does not have flexibility on working schedule, which is not the best."
