I was inspired by my experience as a co-chair of Engineering Data Issue Resolution Team to establish global IP data evaluation standards which constitutes IP data analysis strategies and problem resolution tracking action list for the champion’s commitment, functional budget impact analysis, lessons-learned best practices, cost optimization, cross-functional data coordination and approval collaboration in the matrix organization for all stakeholders since 2009.
