The working hours in warehousing or manufacturing can be a lot to handle but the compensation makes up for it."

"They're a giant corporation. They care about profits more than their employees, but the same can be said about most of the companies in existence. Mary Barra really changed the company around, made a big emphasis on building safe vehicles and not hiding in the shadows, which has been great, but they have very little concern for the hourly people that actually build the vehicles. Some of that is the UAW affect, but GM could do a better job of taking care of the hourly."
