What do you like about working at General Motors?

"The work force was excellent. I loved the people there. The union is very strong but they were fair. I never had a problem with the union labor.The management was good to work for at the plant location. They honestly told me how things were going to unfold in the near future. The work there was fun and challenging."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Practice your math for the tests and know what you are talking about when you meet the managers. You will be interviewed by smart people."

What don't you like about working at General Motors?

"They were very wasteful. Upper management seemed to listen to the best sales pitch, not the most practical ideas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay attention to details before investing a lot of money into a gimmick."
