"You have to be ambitious, conscientious, hospitable, smart, have high energy, be infectiously enthusiastic, polite, presentable, curious, respectful, motivated, happy, and honest."

What don't you like about working at Chipotle?

"I had poor quality of personal life, since my job is more demanding every day. I believe in Chipotle. There are more people in administrative positions creating more rules that make our operations every day harder to control."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be passionate about food. Be hospitable, and be ready to train people."

"I love that Chipotle only uses fresh, never frozen products. I love that the company model was built on the premise of servicing the customer and helping the environment. The people are very energetic and the crew was very happy to work there."

What don't you like about working at Chipotle?

"In terms of the management, Chipotle passes over others who do a great job by keeping food cost numbers and labor numbers in line, for less than adequate managers for promotion. I have been passed several times for an area manager position because of personal relationships that other managers had with upper level management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Base a promotion or otherwise smart team building position on an individual who has shown a track record of growth and success through controlling the bottom line."
