"The nature of the business was to fluctuate on the progress of construction projects. While not seasonal it is tied to general construction activity."

"Micromanagement. It hinders the creativity process and work float from one store to another."

"They should have more trust in employees. Trusting employees and letting them have more responsibility will build confidence and work ethics."

"My daily routine is never the same. I have a diverse client base. My office is in one of the newer buildings in downtown, and my staff is wonderful."

"I prefer an environment that is a bit more dynamic and allows for me to truly use my sales ad marketing skills to their fullest."

"The company has 36 centers and each center does have it's own personality. I would suggest they allow the General Managers a bit more freedom in how the individual property is marketed."

"The people I worked with in Rohnert Park were fun to be with. Learned a lot about email filtering."

"Don't until you see a new CEO. Joining is a waste of time."

"The CEO is trying to get his money out of the company in a time frame shorter than it is possible. This leads to the strategy of the quarter model."

"Get stable strategic vision and replace the current CEO. Until that is done it seems like a death spiral."
