"Very well managed company. Company culture was good. Because of economic downturn, morale of the employees was a little down, but everybody worked together to survive."

"Sometimes it takes longer time for management to make decisions. Most of the time you spend more time in the meetings. Everybody spends more time to prepare for the management meeting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Some time management needs to pull data directly from the systems. Just like key indicators and trends are available and can be easily accessed but management are not comfortable to pull out from the system."
