"I learned a lot while I worked there. I have only positive things to say about my time at Woody Anderson. Mrs. Anderson was a fantastic person to work for, she is very positive and supportive to her staff and employees. I also found Bobby White to be a great mentor and enjoyed his hands-on approach to management. I felt the dealership as a whole had a lot of integrity, and that says a lot in this day and financial times,"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Work hard, the results will come. The Management is there to support you, they want you to achieve. You can do it, do not get discouraged if you don't have immediate success, just keep plugging along, it will come."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"My only regret was I felt that I should have been the top pick for finance manager."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just make sure you have the best people in the right places and not to use favoritism as the means to choose positions."
