"Being part of a new product launch. Being part of a new division attempting to pave the way for energy independence by manufacturing, selling and servicing vehicles powered by compressed natural gas, Liquified Petroleum Gas, ethanol and electricity."

"If you get an interview for a mid level sales management position with Ford these days I suspect your last name is Ford or you have some incriminating evidence."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Instability of the car/truck industry. declining market share. Complaining old timers who wanted to go back to the days of no emissions regulations, minimal thought to long term product quality and customer experience = Dinosaurs ruled the Earth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Wake up to the 21st century, get lean, get kwik, get the voice of the customer ingrained in the design and production systems."
