"Ford allowed me to work with a budget that I managed continually for several years. Therefore, project management skills had to be high level. Also, the daily testing and tracking of critical issues during each launch that I've worked on. It was challenging and rewarding."

"Working at Vehicle Operation required me to spend 75 to 80% of my time away from home."

"A better rotation system for vehicle launches was in order. And during off years training in new technology would've been help both for the employee and management."
