"You take a welding test to get a job here. There is no interviewing."

"Extreme working conditions (hanging by a harness or in a basket to weld in dangerous locations)."

"B e prepared to work long hours, and go weeks without a day off."

"Long hours and no days off,working holidays no time to rest."

"Rotate the long hours and days off ,give employees time to rest."

"I loved a ton of things about my last professional job. I worked for a great company, with a great group and a great internal team. I also made lifelong friends there.I like that my job environment is very casual . My immediate manager is a good guy and doesnt hesitate to showcase your successes. My coworkers are almost all fun and great to work with. I met three of my closest friends at this job and I still get to hang out with them almost every day."

"Yes, I do Can you tell me a little more about the current situation and what the first challenges would be for the new person"

"I worked in great company. but the reason for leaving the company is to complete my education in the united state"

"the single most important element of job satisfaction is the boss"

"Big company with lots of employees. Lots of resources go towards recreational events."

"Know your stuff. Be confident in your knowledge and try to show it to the interviewer."

What don't you like about working at Fluor?

"So far, I have not had a chance to go on site visits. Working out of an office can be repetative."

"Nothing, the company is run extremely well. No issues with managers."
