"I was able to learn much about financial planning and sales. Great position for those who wants to challenge themselves."

"Be prepared to work 10 - 12 hour days for the first 1 - 3 years. Great income potential if you are able to handle the change in management every 6 month."

"Senior management is unorganized and directions on where the company is going often changes."

"Treat your advisors as an asset not as a tool."

"I liked the opportunity to learn a sales process in the Financial Industry."

"Unless you already have a book of business and are comfortable working out of your own home for the next two years, do not apply."

"I did not like being told that I would have an office built in six months and then after I was hired I was told it would take two years and I would have to work out of my home."

"Management is located out of St. Louis, MO, but, there are mentors that can help guide you along your way in your career. One suggestion for management would be to listen to its employees."
