"Create a salaried position for each branch or POA hub for someone to work one on one with the POAer's if you ever decide to get serious about improving your success rates on the POA Program."

"Merrill Lynch was a great place to work with generous base pay and great commissions. I happened to be hired at a point in time when they underwent an 11,000 person layoff which I was part of. I will do it again if offered the opportunity."
What do you like about working at Merrill Lynch?
"I liked the fact that I was my own boss and the only person in charge of my schedule and ultimately my income."

"Just be honest, it's your best friend."
What don't you like about working at Merrill Lynch?
"Getting laid off shortly after licensing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When someone scores a 90% on the series 7 licensing exam which is the top 2% nationwide, at least give them a chance at the job before laying them off."

"The people who worked in the Pasadena office are great people."
What don't you like about working at Morgan Stanley?
"I dislike that there was not enough guidance for trainees. Management was also going through changes during my time at Morgan Stanley, Pasadena, so that a few trainees did not receive any training or guidance that is essential to employee development."

"Management should realize that their employees are their most important assets."

"I liked the collegial atmosphere and the opportunities I could afford my clients."

"I did not like how being low man on the totem pole made me expendable, especially after investing a lot of money in my training."
