What don't you like about working at UBS?

"Dealing with Weehawken was a complete nightmare. What was even worse was that since my branch was small in terms of personnel and revenue, we were never attended to by upper levels of sales management. What suggestions do you have for management?

"I really wouldn't know where to start. I feel that the brokers are left to their own devices to get their job done with very little management support. I was fed up after 5 years, and left to pursue my MBA."
