"Work in a front-line group. There appears to be more opportunity there."

"In the IT department, they seem so focused on paperwork and policy. Tracking hours and filling out project plans don't benefit the company."

"I would adapt to a more modern environment. It's still an old school bank to a large extent. Also, raises should be larger."

"It's really dependent on what you're going for, there are a lot of different areas to go into with many different facets to them."

"It's pretty easy for wires to get crossed. They're working on cohesion between departments, but it's not there yet."

"Working and feeling like I'm working for the paycheck. I want to feel like I'm working to get to the next level as far as positions go."

"Make sure Customer Service Representatives felt valued, particularly when dealing with difficult customers. Cross training and more potential to move into other branches of the bank."
