"Get the agreements in writing for pay and how raises work."

"I dont like how the owner likes being cheap. Also, I dont like how the owner may purposly decieve his employees just to benifit him. Some times a raise gets promised and then it doesnt happen."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop saying stuff that people want to hear. Just go wth the truth or the facts. Also maybe give out raises before they are asked for."

"I work be myself as a wireless field technician installing RF radio."

"Be willing to take on new assignments and will to travel and relocate."

"No benefits, vacation, or health insurance. I am on call 24/7 and constantly traveling.BE ON CALL 24/7,TRAVEL FAR AWAY FROM HOME STATE"

"Get health benefits and vacation for all of us. GET HEALTH BENEFITS FOR ALL EMPLOYEE,VACATION FOR ALL OF US"

"I really enjoyed working at Dulles airport. There are so many wonderful people there and I miss that environment."

"Join eagerly and enjoy becoming a hero just by fixing a computer and helping people with their IT needs."

"Temporary nature of the contract. I wish the contract had been continued and that my company had been included in the new contract."

"I suggest that they hire me back and continue my services on to the next contract."

"Look somewhere else unless you like wasting a lot of time that will lead you nowhere."
What don't you like about working at Outsource Telecom?
"I was told how much work there would be; how they would be, how they would pass my resume to contract-for-hire companies. All enthusiastic. then after 4 short contract jobs...nothing. No jobs, just told nothing in my field of expertise, I should seek work elsewhere. The whole scenario borders on scam and betrayal, not to mention the waste of time interviewing with them, the drug testing, purchasing some add'l safety equipment, etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try really helping people for a change. Don't paint the rosy picture so your recruiters can get a bonus, then leave technicians high and dry, not returning emails or phone calls. I know my work was satisfactory, what a nice change if yours was, too."

"The only thing is to be honest and fair when it comes to interviewing."

"The amount of driving to run calls and some of the projects they have require really early start times."

"Boxer Property has a very high turnover rate for the size of the company. I believe anyone with adequate experience can get hired."

"The company is very strict in its policies. Almost Militant."
