"Tired of getting the incorrect parts all of the time, and dealing with upset customers who have to deal with numerous visits due to incorrect parts."

"Stop hiring your friends. They are not doing a good job at all. It's time to clean house, and start over with personnel who are capable of doing the job right."

"I enjoyed working with my team and supervisors. If I had a question about safety, or if there was something I came across that I was unfamiliar with, I could always look to my team for support, and I reciprocated whenever possible."

"Be honest, professional, and direct when answering questions. And a sense of humor always goes a long way. It did for me."

"Frankly, I enjoyed driving to work knowing that I was going to run into something new. I got to work on many different homes and businesses that all presented a different set of challenges."

"Continue to trust technicians to do their jobs, and offer support whenever possible."

"I started with TCI then to AT&T then Comcast. I loved TCI and AT&T. They valued our time with Family."

"Expect to be laid off when you make too much money."

"Comcast did not value us as employees just wanted the bottom dollar and they told us that they did not like contractors but they found a way to lay a bunch of us off and hire contractors to replace us."

"My manager was very good and I hope he is still doing well."

"Everything. It was a start up company and I was on board from the start."

"Have a strong Sales background. Only jobs available are Sales."

"No room for growth after being a Tech unless I relocated to a different state."
