"Look somewhere else unless you like wasting a lot of time that will lead you nowhere."

What don't you like about working at Outsource Telecom?

"I was told how much work there would be; how they would be, how they would pass my resume to contract-for-hire companies. All enthusiastic. then after 4 short contract jobs...nothing. No jobs, just told nothing in my field of expertise, I should seek work elsewhere. The whole scenario borders on scam and betrayal, not to mention the waste of time interviewing with them, the drug testing, purchasing some add'l safety equipment, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try really helping people for a change. Don't paint the rosy picture so your recruiters can get a bonus, then leave technicians high and dry, not returning emails or phone calls. I know my work was satisfactory, what a nice change if yours was, too."
