"The company would preach one thing and then cave in to the client resulting in the client not getting exactly what they wanted because of them selves."

"At the begging with a client and the contracts, we have been doing this for a long time for alot of people and we shoulod stick with our guns."

"Great company, good with the people working on the contacts, they take good care of the staff and personal that are working for the company."

"Be yourself and give them all that is needed to get the job done... be honest and true to yourself and the company and you will have a good place to work"

"Allot of travel not much time at home with the family but its a good job never the less"

"If we had more Buss. Class fligting it would be much better"

"Erratic travel schedule, never knowing where I will be tomorrow."

"I enjoyed working in an environment where I was largely responsible for my own management and time schedule. The support from the company and my supervisor in particular were wonderful."

"Make sure you are sound technically and that you have the ability to show you can be a self-starter."

"Due to health issues stemming from me having cancer in 2004, it was difficult for me to work in hospitals."

"One thing they can improve is the utilization of their resources in traveling to various sites. Sometimes the assignment of sites supported is not in line with geographical areas."

"there is no room for improvement within the company ."

"post open position instead of hiring form the outside because there may be someone who wants to try something new"

"Over all 60% of employees have a little or no experience."

"Nothing. It is the worst company I have ever work in my life."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't go this company. In last year, there about 15 employees got to this company. They all left!! If you really want to go here, just be sure you are willing to work 60 hrs and get pay 40 hrs of work."
What don't you like about working at Yama Seiki USA?
"They want you to work overtime, but they don't want to pay you overtime. The only time you get pay for overtime is Sat. People over there are not nice. Besides, If you position is an engineer, you will be answering the phone call everyday. It's not really an engineer job. They just lie to you."

"The manager there is crap. They don't really do anything or teach you anything."

"All the different types of temperature controllers and PLC devices."

"Make sure to explained all your previous experience, it is critical to show how much you know."

"At times, not very well organized. This can be a little discourage."

"Try to implement new ways to provide better customer service."

"Freedom and responsibilty. Facilities were clean and had all we needed."

"Be prepared for anything. The more experience with machinery the better off you are. Work alone most of the time with little direction."

"Not very well organized. Small company that flew by the seat of there pants'"

"Better comunication with employees. We didn't always why we were working on some projects."

"Equipment that I had worked on for 5 years was too much."

"the managers I had during my time were top notch."

"Co-worker, Job, Freedom to work. customers relationship, Training, troubleshooting tools."

"I do not have any tips, my company is laying off people for the last 5 yeards."

"I do not like the 1h30 commute and the downsizing of the company."
