"Don't go this company. In last year, there about 15 employees got to this company. They all left!! If you really want to go here, just be sure you are willing to work 60 hrs and get pay 40 hrs of work."
What don't you like about working at Yama Seiki USA?
"They want you to work overtime, but they don't want to pay you overtime. The only time you get pay for overtime is Sat. People over there are not nice. Besides, If you position is an engineer, you will be answering the phone call everyday. It's not really an engineer job. They just lie to you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The manager there is crap. They don't really do anything or teach you anything."
