"StaublI is a micromanaged company that does not even give managers freedom to make the call for their people it all has to ggo through the CEO"

"treat the emplyees like people instead of like livestock , have more respect for the field service team and what they add to the company , fire the sells team to get some new blood and life to product sales"

"Freedom to control my own schedule. Working on latest gene sequencing technology and fixing them."

"Study up on govt requirements for medical device companies. Also, it helps to know lasers and motors really well."

"Sometimes logistics can cause problems, like a part shipping late, or a system arriving at an unspecified time."

"Expand our product line into clinical applications more than we do."

"Had to use personal car for travel. A company car needs to be provided since we are on the road 100 percent of the time"

"More resources for field service group, so that at times in the middle of the night we do not feel like we are on an island trying to resolve issues"

"Long hours, half pay for overtime, boiler room sales tactics for contract sales."

"Ease up on the field people, the rest of the company works eight hour days while we are going 12 or more."
