"Be yourself. Even thought this is a large company with an intimidating facade, they respect individuality and work better with people who are relaxed. There is no need to better than the next person, only the need to be more resourceful - help is always available."

"The company lacks in organizational skills. However, I empathize due to the amount of growth over the past few years."

"Listen to the developers. There are a few members of management that practice despotism in there decision making no matter the outcome. All the while, the developers are spouting off correct decisions."

Expecting them to simply be 'self-motivating' and never compensating individual accomplishment is de-motivating; it leaves no reason to strive for excellence."
