"The company has since been dissolved and now is part of a larger company."

"They were easily bought out by a larger company doing essentially the same thing. It didn't seem like they put up a good enough fight."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a good look at your employees and how they got the company to where it was...successful. Don't forget that..."

"Being employed is a good thing and compared to other places I've worked, FIS has more positives than negatives."

"Currently, my role permits a lot of schedule flexibility in that I set my own hours, telecommute as needed, et al."

"Research the turn over history for the area being interviewed and be as proactive about interviewing your potential new boss/team mates as they are of you."

What don't you like about working at Fidelity Information Services?

"I have been with them since March 2007 and I have yet to experience a period of stability where FIS is not purchasing another entity or auditing for cost savings/lay offs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I cannot offer any criticism of my current management team because they saw the wisdom o transferring me to their team when my original team laid off my position on July 1, 2009."
