"My suggestion for management is that they do not send a person back for training just because they make one mistake. That delays their progress."

"In check services, our business was declining due to the decline of check writing."

"I have been with them since March 2007 and I have yet to experience a period of stability where FIS is not purchasing another entity or auditing for cost savings/lay offs."

"I cannot offer any criticism of my current management team because they saw the wisdom o transferring me to their team when my original team laid off my position on July 1, 2009."

"Fidelity was impacted adversely by the housing crisis and recession. I was in the 3rd series of layoffs which involved too many more experienced personnel. Not that younger employees aren't competent, they just don't have adequate experience in all cases."
