"FIS is a good company to work, no micromanaging, work can be done with minimal supervision; however, the workload is getting much more since covid, but without getting merit for three years straight is not an ideal to great workers, at least getting merit increase is a big motivation especially for those who put in a lot of time and efforts to do a good job to fulfill customer satisfaction."
