What do you like about working at Experian?

"Interesting work, lots of intelligent people. Decent benefits."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be an attractive, 24 - 30 yr.old female and use the latest business buzzwords. You'll be a shoe-in."

What don't you like about working at Experian?

"Slow transformation of some business units into political, rather than productive, organizations. It's becoming more important to act the part than be the part. This results in the cream of the crop leaving as the incompetent are rewarded and promoted. Becoming very bizarre..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Kill the politics. Stop rewarding failures who only possess the ability to impress in meetings. Understand your business and reward true success, not the appearance of same. Many departments are now headed by posers, and there is no one to blame but yourselves. Terrible squandering of a valuable brand and its related information assets."
