"The technology environment and the security procedures were very high. I learned a lot about security procedures. The working environment was very friendly, and everybody had great knowledge and credentials."

"Drastic changing in management in every 6 months or so."

"Team ethics is the core to the success of a team or even organization. As a leader, management needs to define clearly their employees' functions, assist them in problem solving, be proactive in finding good and effective ways to take the team further toward the success. Fairness, respect, effective communication, and enthusiasm are other important factors that management can't miss."

"Good people. Work/life balance. Ability to work from home periodically."

"Negotiate the best deal you can. You won't be getting much in raises even when the economy is good."

What don't you like about working at Experian?

"Senior management is clueless and doesn't care about the employees. So much opportunity to grow the business, but management hasn't the guts or an idea how to do it and don't listen to those who do. It's all about CYA."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop worrying about covering your butts and take some chances. Stop the politics and in-fighting and create a team environment. Go get D&B's market share. It's there for the taking."

"Isolated work."

"They should interact with workers more and more."

"I wrote spam for one of their sub-companies - they would cross reference survey data, people wouldn't realize was for a credit company with people credit scores to spam them."

"Quit. And do drug testing."

"I liked the people that I worked with, amazingly talented and cooperative. Facility was outstanding. The benefits that the actual employees received were fantastic. I just loved the cohesive team that I worked with."

"I didn't like the indecision of upper management."

"They should value their teams and be the strongest advocates for their teams."
