"You will learn a lot at EY and the name recognition is an asset. The work environment and people are very pleasant and bright, however, there is always a lot of red tape and hoops to jump through, which is to be expected at a large globally recognized firm."

"I've worked for EY for a year now, and so far it's been a decent experience. They truly gave me a chance to develop my skill set and to learn the ropes of my position. Additionally, the work environment is top notch. However, the downside is that it can be hard to get promoted from within. Additionally, there is a lot of red tape so it takes forever to implement new processes."

"I've worked for EY since 2014. Since starting with the firm, I have found growth in opportunities that I would likely not find in Private Industry. Although compensation may not be as competitive as its Private Industry counterparts, the experience is worth its weight in gold."
