"I enjoyed my time at EDS. I felt they were really focused on the client and had a competitive edge over other companies competing in the same space."

"Overall, management did a great job! Management from the various groups communicated and worked together."

"Run, run as fast as you can."

"The management I encountered played favorites, did not listen, did not care unless the work would push along their career. And once they got it they ignored all below that position. In other words managers took care of themselves first, last and always."

"Fire all managers, get a team that wants to grow the business and team rather than themselves."

"I was laid off, which is why job security got a low mark."

"They must know that they look for the best talent, and that they demand excellence."

"There is nothing I can think of, but it was the best company I have ever worked."

"I have none, but again they are not the same company now than when I worked for them."

"Make sure you want to work 50 - 60 hours a week or more and be prepared to cancel time off."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Data Systems?

"EDS has never believed in work / life balance. The only time I had 40 hours on my timesheet was when I was on vacation for a week. EDS was bought by HP last year. Lot of good people terminated, too many now that they are finding they do not have the resources to do the work. Overqualified for the job code and just found out from my manager that I am not even in the salary range for that job code."

"Talk to your people! Listen to your people! Listen to the ones that are actually doing the work."

"Challenging work environment and never a dull moment."

"After HP buyout my benefits got reduced to be in line with HP."
