"Everyday was new. There was so much experience around me that I always learned something from every area of the work I was involved in. It has an excellent reputation in the industry. The President is extremely smart in this niche industry and in general business practices."

"Be flexible. Be honest. Do not over promise or over sell yourself. Deliver solidly what you promise."

"The company has an international customer base yet they have many policies and business practices that are indicative of a sole proprietorship."

"Invest in your employees. There is more to this investment than the computer they work on or how pretty their office is."
