"My work there was very cool, I like working with my stuff and colleagues.In the beginning I worked with central alarm system for the police (911), with all dispatch center, telecommunication, control and communication. Then I worked with 13 fire stations for the fire department in Iraq."

"Provide more direction for new hires, have more direct contact with upper management."

"As this company employs what we call pro-active system of management, employees should not hesitate to give their very best in the performance of their work/s as they can look forward that they will be rewarded by the management for all their efforts."

What don't you like about working at Parsons?

"Most of the works at Parsons are contract in nature, so there's what you may call no security of tenure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more extra active in getting projects worldwide so that its employees will not be always looking for another company to transfer as a particular project is about to be completed."
