"Constant need to rein in the sales people. And a complete refusal to learn what was necessary to develop good projects."

"Train the sales people and get real projects in the door, not pie in the sky baloney."

"Don't if you have any interest in engineering. Work is all cookbook"

"Not interest in any form of innovation. Will only do design via cookbook. If something hasn't been done for the past ten years, they won't even consider it.Also total lack of true Systems Engineering. Their Systems Engineers primarily track requirements with little if any tasks that clerical help couldn't handle."

"Too inbred. Hire from outside and pay attention to their inputs."

"Every day offers a new experience as well as its own challenges"

"The pay is reasonable, the benefits are decent, but be prepared for office politics; watch your back and your front."

"Disorganized. Back stabbing and double standards abound. Leadership is a joke."

"Allow the teams to do their jobs. Implement processes to promote improved productivity, accountability and a strong team. Fire the control freak."
