"Do your research, ask lots of questions, carefully consider pros and cons."

"I do not like the private equity aspect of Evenflo."

"Think Long Term - short term thinking will be the end of the company"

"Dynamic, and assuming more responsibility. Excited on the developed products being used in fortune-500 enterprises."

"Financial stability; lean operation with less attractive compensation package for years."

"Focus is the word for the management. Instead of delivering a bunch of products, we should focus on key products that are most profitable and popularly adopted."
