"Too much penny pinching. Everything from buying new gear to travel restrictions for team meetings."

"I wouldn't let the bean counters run the show anymore."

"You have to handle your interview with initiative and be honest in explanation of your technical ability."

"Too big and a lot of organizational restrictions. The company is ESOP and it makes hourly rates too expensive for competition limiting more job offers."

"Suggest to go public and make the company more competitive in the industry."

"You need to like challenges (culture, people, tasks), and learn how to navigate politics."

"There was not enough transparency from middle management. The environment had a fear of failing culture that included risk-averse managers."

"Nothing different at the top. I would fire half of mid-management."

"Stability, predictability, flexible hours, no sick day policy, no micromanagement"

"If you're prepared to do the same job for the rest of your life, without fear of sudden layoffs or being fired for a few mistakes, you've found the right place."
What don't you like about working at Rosemount Analytical?
"Your ideas are weighted on the status of your title, not on the merit of the idea. There are no consequences for failure and no rewards for success. Most have the attitude from Office Space, doing just enough to not get fired (which is easy without consequences for failure)"

"Inspire employees to work as a team. Allow input from all levels of the company. Rally people around a greater purpose than just the bottom line."

"I was there for 11 years and I knew the ups and downs of the entire process. I learned a lot, especially when I was going to school I was actually learning what I was already doing at work."

"Ask all the right questions like how much growth do you expect in the future, when was the last time the company had to lay-off employees. Is the company public or private."
What don't you like about working at Dameron Alloy Foundries?
"There is nothing really bad to say about my career at Dameron. I had a great career there and moved up the ladder pretty quick."

"If the company invests in an employee for advancing education then they should invest in them to grow within the company."

"Fast paced manufacturing environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Involvement in team building, cost reductions and value added engineering"

"When interviewing, get clarification of expectations and be prepared to discuss lean manufacturing and the Toyota Production System."

"Multiple management changes within the last 2 years. Including 3 plant managers, 3 CEO's, 2 COO's."

"A consistent vision for the future that does not change from month to month or plant manager to plant manager."

"The company has been and still is growing very fast. This makes it difficult to define a distinct culture and it can create silos between groups and departments."

"Be more involved in the definition of the culture and goals by participating and setting the direction."

"The company is too large in some cases where employees are often lost trying to build their career roadmap."

"Not sure, I ask myself the same question after working there a year."

"Don't go there, you will regret if you do. The complete management chain reward people on their personal likes and dislikes more so than anywhere else."

"This company is very backwards, has a lot of stupid process that waste time such as bug forecasting on a weekly basis for 12 to 24 weeks for each release."

"See what other companies are doing to produce quality products."

"Honeywell is global and diverse. I traveled to India and conferences all the time. I was given responsibilities and a good work environment. I love working on aerospace components and designs."

"The candidate should apply only if he/she has good knowledge of CAD/PLM/ITAR."

"There were many changes in management, and a few reorganizations have slowed some progress. Many programs didn't get funded and had to stop working on good work."

"Need clear Racix (roles and responsibility). Keep the customer focus and aligned project tasks to meet customer needs."
