"We were outsourced into EDS so I did not have a choice and now the company doesn't exist anymore."

"The senior leadership of the company obviously forced the board of directors of Affinia to sign a contract promising something that could never be met."

"Disconnected departments that didn't communicate very well at times and caused gaps in work flow."

"Know your people, get out and walk around a bit."

"If you like being on the phone and helping people with their computer problems, then this is for you."

"It was a call center, and I think I have decent people skills, but it just wasn't for me."

"Give the workers more than 2 15 minute breaks a day. Sometimes we have to deal with very upset customers and there's no time to reflect or take a breather in between calls."
