"I learned about servers and the technical support needed to keep Sun Microsystem servers in working order."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready for servers and the technical support needed to keep Sun Microsystem servers in working order and the ability to answer over 50 phone calls that open service tickets and repair that same amount within an 8 hour day. Give an idea, my average was 30 ticket creation and repair 10 within an hour 8 day."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Data Systems?

"I did not like that I was not the technician that was out in the field repairing the servers. I am not the office type of person to mix with administrative office people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep techies and administrative people separate. Do not let one female control the abilities of another with total different aspirations."
