"I had more time to develop relationships with my clients. Teaching them instead of addressing their problems paid great dividends."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Data Systems?

"The almost adversarial relationship with the district manager that all transitioning BellSouth employees experienced. I am sure the district manager resented the former BellSouth employees because of the salaries we made."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"EDS management was hit or miss depending upon the account to which you assigned and the management team for that account."
