"Just because a potential new hire candidate has a college degree does not mean that he is more qualified than one who does not."

"You were just a number, when I ran into some former customers they wondered why they let me go and kept less skilled Parts Associates."

"Look at the big picture, laying people off should be the last option to save money, reducing hours would be better than no hours."
