"Look at the big picture, laying people off should be the last option to save money, reducing hours would be better than no hours."

"I no longer work for Ecolab, however I found it to be a great place to gain valuable experience and develop into a sales professional."

"I always thought that they could have allowed they're employees to step outside the box a bit more rather than hard line the Ecolab way or the highway mentality."
