"EarthLink is trying to move from a networking/MPLS company to an IT services company. This is a long, difficult transition which requires more time than the Board of Directors has given the CEO. However, they have hired a new CEO from EMC storage which may help."

"Could not find a more experienced team to work with and gain experience. Company is focused on performance, so any training or additional experience will need to come in evenings and weekend work, but the resources are available for training.Would work for this company, given the opportunity, it is large and growing, especially in the data center and server virtualization areas."
