We are all trying really hard to be the best beverage business out there. That makes it really hard when a couple of guys that currently work at this particular location that are great at their job, get looked over for a new position when one becomes available. They instead hire a guy from the outside who doesn't know the business."

"I would suggest more education and better product knowledge. They need to have a management training program."

"The management was very weak. They were extremely negative and not very understanding."
