"I worked for Dr. Pepper for 13 years as a account manager. There are many days I wish I still worked there. The pay was fair and like any company, if you do your job they stay off your back. The owner when I worked there was Jim Turner. One of the best CEO's I've ever worked for."

"It wasn't a stressful place to work as long as you knew what you were doing. Also, merchandisers got paid for eight hours, even if they worked less."

"Be prepared to work hard, especially on Thursdays and weekends for the big sales."
