"I worked for Dr. Pepper Snapple from 1986 until 2018. He has been a good company to work for and has always been very people-oriented. The company had gone through many ownership changes over my time with the company and always managed to continue to improve and become a larger player in the beverage industry and more profitable and efficient in its operations."

"Company policies are so perfect but never applied, salesmen stuff stores, destroy relationships with store directors and make utter chaos for the merchandiser to continually repair. Hence, high turnover."

"I've worked for DPSG for over 7 years. Like any job it has it's good days and bad. There is advancement to move up, if you're willing to relocate to a larger city. We are all trying really hard to be the best beverage business out there. That makes it really hard when a couple of guys that currently work at this particular location that are great at their job, get looked over for a new position when one becomes available. They instead hire a guy from the outside who doesn't know the business."
