"I worked for Dr. Pepper Snapple from 1986 until 2018. He has been a good company to work for and has always been very people-oriented. "I worked for Dr. Pepper for 13 years as a account manager. There are many days I wish I still worked there. The pay was fair and like any company, if you do your job they stay off your back. The owner when I worked there was Jim Turner. One of the best CEO's I've ever worked for."
"I've worked for DPSG for over 7 years. Like any job it has it's good days and bad. There is advancement to move up, if you're willing to relocate to a larger city. We are all trying really hard to be the best beverage business out there. That makes it really hard when a couple of guys that currently work at this particular location that are great at their job, get looked over for a new position when one becomes available. They instead hire a guy from the outside who doesn't know the business."
"The company is thriving, and there are very high expectations."
