This means proactively scheduling a head, setting up well sights in our information system, and getting directions to and from lact sights.The pay is great, the transferable skills are valuable, and the experience learning all about the pipeline barrel vs. the railroad barrel is so interesting. I hate that this job doesn't transfer to a managerial role or another area in this industry to learn."

"Family-like environment. We are left to our own to complete our work and if we need help, there is always someone there to assist."

"This company has a variety of personalities working together. The ones who fair the best, are the ones who are flexible and able to accept everyone has their own systems in place."

"There are many who do not utilize the company has put in place, available to all, to provide information and choose to have others look up."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reminder memos would help ease some stresses. Allowing those with an overflow of medial work, but time consuming, to post an email asking for help with. I believe this would also help the company's flow."

"Don't apply at this company unless you like misery and fear to make a decision."

"Wife yells at everyone daily expecting them to be perfect and take responibilty for her mistakes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't expect perfection if you can't be perfect yourself. Try uplifting your employees once in a while instead of constantly cutting them down. Quit blaming your employees for your mistakes. Own Up."

"High stress level! Terrible management! Could not even get a day off for Christmas. And HR dept will always side with the company and never help out the employee."

"All my co-workers would do any thing to throw you under a bus to make themselves look good and you look bad."

"Not much. Fast paced. Time goes by pretty fast. A lot of the technicians that I talk to are nice people."

"Just skip the interview and look for a different job. Really, this is not a good place to work."

"Management and higher ups are unreliable. The other people who worked in my department would stab their own mother to get ahead. I could not trust anyone as far as I could throw a bus. Also, if the higher ups want you where you are, they will ANYTHING to keep you from advancing or moving to a different position. Even if it means fabricating evidence of you not doing a good job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When I worked here, I wouldn't know the owner if I had to pick him out of a line up. Not once did he (or she for all I know) show up and say hello or anything. I just felt like a tool to make some stranger richer."

"Someone like a supervisor was always out to get you fired. They feel that everyone is a threat to their job. Their 401k company stole my money."

"Go in preparing to quit or get fired. Either way you know you're going to lose.."
What don't you like about working at Arrow Transportation?
"Arrow Transportation is a limousine car service that caters to the corporate business world occasionally delving into into regular cc/cash calls in order to make up for lost business.They overcharge passengers, state they have over 200 cars when there's no more than 30 in their fleet at any given time. So if they tell you they're running late, chances are it's because they didn't have enough drivers. Clients are constantly calling about having to adjust their bills because somehow they were overcharged. There is no actual accounting dept - just an employee who sits at a cubicle and has retained like 5 different job titles from operating to dispatching to billing, etc. Worse for wear are the employees of Arrow Transportation who do not get a lunch break at all. Instead they are made to sit at their stations with food stored in their mouths while they take a reservation. No mandatory 15 minute breaks are given either.. And if any employee were to work overtime (which is practically guaranteed), don't expect to be paid actual overtime. It isn't happening.. On the checks themselves, they'll make it seem as if they did pay OT even though they didn't. Mention it to the owner and she'll act as if you never told her a thing. She'll send you to her EXTREMELY LAZY brat of a son whose chief complaint every day all day is that he gets stressed because he has to make 2 phone calls. The drivers also have to deal with Arrow Transportation. If a driver is given a pick up and the passenger gives the driver a tip, he is not going to get paid that tip. So the next time a driver tells you that he won't get the tip, trust him. He won't. And talking to someone at the company in which they tell you he'll get the tip is useless because he will not get it regardless. Drivers are constantly fined BEFORE an actual investigation is done (up to $400 in one instance) which only makes the company look bad because they were forced to give the driver his $$ back being that they were wrong to begin with. Every week there is some sort of drama happening all due to the owner's greediness. Her emotional insensitivity combined with her great need for greed has caused many employees and drivers to quit and as long as she can replace them there is no stopping her..."

"Fire your kids!! Why do people think family and business always mix well together. Its water and oil!"
